Fire investigators are looking into what is believed to be an arson at a vacant property in Leatherhead.
Zolf House in Oxshott Road suffered 100 percent damage in a fire which started just before 7.30am this morning.
Police are looking into the incident and the fire investigation dog and officer are still on site at the 9m by 14m property.
