Police were called to Beech Close at about 2.55am
A woman was taken to hospital after a domestic incident in the early hours of this morning.
Police and London Fire Brigade were called to an address in Beech Close, Sutton, at 2.55am.
A woman at the scene, believed to be about 50 years old, was discovered with a facial injury, that was not thought to be serious.
A second woman, believed to be aged about 18-years-old was arrested on suspicion of GBH.
She was subsequently taken to hospital where she remains.
A police spokeswoman said it was not known what injuries she suffered.
