A cat was thrown out of a moving car outside Carshalton College last Tuesday.
A woman, driving behind, saw someone throw the cat, called Ginger, out of a window. Fortunately she stopped and called the Riverside Animal Centre, in Beddington.
Ginger, who had been micro chipped, sustained no injuries and the centre was able to reunite him with his owners near Butter Hill.
Apparently Ginger, an affectionate cat, has a reputation for getting in to people’s cars.
