Fourteen babies born in Croydon will share their birthday with the new Royal baby.
The eight boys and six girls were born at Croydon University Hospital yesterday, the same day the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton gave birth.
The new prince, who is third in line to the throne, was born at 4.24pm.
No babies were born in Croydon at a similar time to the new prince, whose name has yet to be revealed.
A spokesman for the hospital said there were no births between 1.30pm and 8.30pm.
All babies born yesterday will receive a limited edition commemorative penny from the Royal Mint, to mark the fact they were born on the same day as the future monarch.
