A homeless man has been charged with letting his Rottweiler bite a police officer in Memorial Gardens, Kingston, on Saturday evening.
Kirk Young, 50, is due to appear at Lavender Hill Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, August 6.
Two police officers were patrolling the gardens in the town centre when the alleged offence occurred.
