Fire was reported in Gooding Close, New Malden, yesterday
Firefighters were called to a New Malden house yesterday evening.
Smoke was reported to be coming from the roof of the house, in Gooding Close, at about 5pm.
Firefighters said it was caused by burned food.
The incident was dealt with in about 15 minutes, they said.
