Talk About Productions will be previewing and recording a new radio play before a live audience at the cornerHOUSE arts centre, in Tolworth, on December 11-12.
Written 30 years on from Margaret Thatcher’s election as Prime Minister, Having tells the story of late baby-boomer Nicky, who joins the quest for material wealth at the start of the Thatcherite era.
The play was written by local playwright Tim Burton, a former City lawyer, and the production stars Denise Rocard as Nicky.
She is joined in the cast by Jonathan Constant, James Edenborough, Frances Burton, Andy Moseley, Julia Collier and Will Burton.
Burton says: “I am thrilled to be involved in bringing a topical radio drama to local theatre audiences in this novel way.”
