Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH has announced that 'Silent Hill: Homecoming' will be released on both the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 this coming November.
The sixth installment of the survival horror series will introduce Alex Shepherd as the latest hero to become trapped within the mist shrouded town.
Returning to his home town to investigate the sudden disappearance of his younger brother Joshua, Alex must fight for his life against dark misshapen creatures and unravel a series of puzzles.
Featuring a score by the acclaimed series composer Akira Yamaoka and an all-new enhanced combat system, 'Silent Hill: Homecoming' will be the first in the series to be released on the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. The game will also be released on PC-DVD.
