Crystal Palace is set to get a new comedy club run by the experienced hands who have hosted the likes of Jack Whitehall and Reginald D Hunter in Bromley.

After a decade of success in Bromley, Fat Jesters comedy club is expanding to Antenna Studios in Haynes Lane on Fridays, with the first gig on February 27.

The inaugural show features former Harry Hill support act and So You Think You’re Funny winner Mathew Osborn, Paul F Taylor and Maureen Younger.

Big names already booked for Crystal Palace’s newest night of stand-up include Sara Pascoe on March 13 and Patrick Monahan on April 1.

Fat Jesters has run Bromley Comedy Club at The Churchill Theatre’s studio for ten years, during which time it has hosted the likes of Russell Kane, Stephen K Amos and Lee Nelson.

On Saturday, it is holding an anti-Valentine’s night with headliner Simon Munnery and on February 21 will feature an appearance by Capital FM DJ Greg Burns.
