I can see that your reporter Chris Baynes had a field day mocking the attempt by our council to raise awareness about fly-tipping (Fly-tipping T-shirts failing to impress, September 3).
I would suggest that the value of publicity gained by your paper’s carping about the T-shirts is probably worth more than the reported “loss” from the sales of these T-shirts in terms of getting the message across.
Any adverse impact on the Labour Party from this “balanced” report will hopefully be diminished when readers realise which party the Croydon Guardian so obviously supports.
