I think there should be at least one public meeting in north Croydon during the council consultation on their blanket 20mph for the whole of north Croydon, to be held before June 24.
The council does not appear to plan to hold any such meetings.
I would envisage asking officers and inviting ward members to come to the meeting.
I am willing to organise and fund such a meeting, hopefully late in May, and quite possibly at the Parchmore Centre in Thornton Heath, central to the area.
Naturally I want to be able to speak, question, and possibly present at the meeting.
There is a webpage here with arguments against the current scheme saynoto20.org.uk.
