Winger Gerard Mullen, loosehead Alex Clarke and tighthead Alex Mackenzie have signed new deals to be at London Scottish next term.
The trio played key roles in the club's Championship survival, which was secured with a losing bonus point in the final relegation play-off clash of the season.
Head coach Simon Amor also announced 10 players will be leaving the Athletic Ground this summer as he shuffles his pack for a second season in the second tier of English rugby.
Alfie Lalanne, Agustin Gosio, Adam Kleeberger, Steve Pape, Karl Rudzki, Ben Thomas, Matt Heeks, Craig Ratford, Stephen Hihetah and Tim Holgate have all been shown the exit door.
"It is the nature of professional sport that some players will have to move on," Amor added.
"I would like to thank them for their huge contribution to London Scottish and they will always be welcome at the Athletic Ground."
