Effingham & Leatherhead coach Mark Pickering has had a 30-week suspension from rugby reduced to 12 on appeal.
The charge related to his part in a pass brawl at half-time during a game with London Irish Amateur in October.
The 40-year-old will be allowed to resume his role in rugby-related activities on March 2.
