Epsom College’s senior rugby sides continued their winning ways in the annual block fixture against Harrow School on Saturday, with the first, second and third XVs all chalking up impressive wins.

The firsts put in an excellent performance against a strong Harrow side, outscoring their opponents by five tries to one in an emphatic 33-8 victory.

Captain Rhodri Needham, Thomas Lothian, Peter Mathews, Richard Trepant and James Phelan crossed the line for Epsom, with Jamie Billings adding four conversions.

A strong forward platform allowed the second team to dominate in all phases of play, and tries by Scott Davis (2), Chris Davie, Jite Avwume and James Pease-Watkin, and three conversions from Max Nicholson, secured a 31-12 win.

The third XV match was a much closer affair, but tries from Cian Jones, Lorcan O’Duffy and Harry Bradshaw saw Epsom home by 15-7.
