Director of rugby Steve Hill hailed his team’s decision making after a comprehensive 31-7 bonus point win over Coventry on Saturday.
Two penalty tries and one a piece for Adam Gadsby and Charlie Broughton set Richmond up nicely for tomorrow’s trip to near neighbours Esher.
“This was a tremendous performance and an outstanding result,” said Hill.
“The defensive effort from the whole squad was remarkable.
“Our decision makers ran the game very well and we took our opportunities when they arose.”
Richmond Ladies RFC secured the 450th competitive win in the club’s history with a 41-10 triumph over Worcester Ladies to retain their 100 per cent winning record in the Women’s Premiership.
Jackie Shiels, Anna Caplice, England international Emma Croker, Tess Forsberg, Laura Kapo bagged the tries on Sunday.
