Esher coach Ricky Nebbett has reminded his men they are still a good side, despite them suffering a fourth defeat in five National League One outings on Saturday.
Winger Spencer Sutherland scored a second-half consolation try as Esher – who trailed 21-0 at the break – were thrashed 33-7 at third-placed Fylde.
“We are fourth because we’re a good team, and we need to remember that,” said Nebbett, whose side host Loughborough Students tomorrow.
“We have not had the best of runs of late, but you do not become a bad team overnight and my players need to remember that.”
