Twickenham will be after their first points of the Middlesex County Premier League season on Saturday when they face fellow strugglers and derby rivals Richmond.

The league's bottom two play each other on Twickenham Green after both suffered another defeat last weekend, making it five out of five for Twickenham and three out of five for Richmond, who drew the other two games.

Twickenham came their closest yet to scoring points last Saturday before eventually succumbing to a two-wicket defeat to Winchmore Hill.

David Russell top scored with 56 as Twickenham were bowled out for 306, only the second time they have passed 200 this season.

Despite reducing Winchmore to 49-2, a 197-run third wicket stand between Luke Stoughton (123) and Shaun Levy (85) helped Winchmore reach their target with two wickets remaining.

Richmond have just two points after a seven-wicket loss to Eastcote.

Only five players made it into double figures as Richmond were bowled out for 179 and they then struggled to take wickets as Eastcote eased passed reached their target easily.

Teddington are still in third having drawn with Hampstead but got four points thanks to a faster run rate.

Opener James Keightley continued his good form with a 71 and Ben Duncan also hit 53 as Teddington declared on 319-8 off 64 overs.

Hamptead then made 186-7 off 56 overs, Alex Scott taking 3-19, to give Teddington, who host leaders Ealing on Saturday, the winning draw.
