Sutton & District athletes competed in the U17/U20 National Junior League at Hillingdon on Sunday.

U17 athlete Sarah Rawlings broke three personal bests in the 200m (27.7), long jump (4.78m) and triple jump (9.68m).

Emer Kerr clocked a season’s best 2.30:8 in the 800m and threw a PB in the javelin (14.96m).

In the mens u20s Neville Harris ran a seasons best in the 400 m in 52.1 and then threw a personal best of 23.90 in the discus event.

Also in the 800m Alex Penfold ran a personal best of 2m 05.8 which im sure pleased his coach Nigel Griffiths.

In the U20 sprint races Nesbert Musuwo completed the 100m in 11.6 and 200m in 23.8 both were seasons bests. John Whelton completed a personal best in the 100 m with a time of 11.7 .

Johnoi Josephs completed the 200 m in a time of 23.9 .

Andre Livinston managed a PB in the long jump (5m).
