It was junior finals day at Downswood LTC on Sunday.
After four hours of good tennis by all competitors, the winners were decided.
The U12 boys’ title went to Gregory Ritchie, who beat Samuel Rothwell.
Jake Romay won the U14 crown over Henry Thorpe and, in the U18 boys’ secton, a tense three-setter gave Anthony Heath victory over Adrian Bailey.
In the girls’ U12s, Zoe Lowrey beat Jessica Woods.
The younger children competed in box leagues in May and came along to collect their medals.
Camille Roelens and Ben Burnett won the ‘red’ girls and boys, respectively, Max Lowrey the ‘orange’ boys, Charlie Simpson, the ‘green’ boys and Kirsty Perriman, the ‘green’ girls.
