Striders of Croydon provided the first two finishers at Saturday morning’s Roundshaw Downs 5km parkun. Matt Morgan won in 17 minutes, three seconds, ahead of Justin Macenhill (17:19), while Suzy Yates (21.27) was first woman and 18th overall.
Other Striders runners: 13 Steve Massey 20.32, 14 Nigel Davidson 20.43, 16 Nick Eaves.
Simon Ambrosi won the Greenwich parkrun (19.32), with Rob Sharpe eighth in the Banstead event (19:08).
