Striders of Croydon’s Matt Morgan finished nearly a minute clear of the field to win Saturday’s Roundshaw Downs 5km parkrun.
He covered the muddy course in 17 minutes, 48 seconds, leading home a strong Striders contingent.

Striders’ Steve Starvis finished third out of 708 runners in the Hotelympia 10km road race in east London, clocking 35.33.
