It may have been Belgrave Harriers’ Richard Ward’s second slowest time in the event, but he still ran out winner of his 69th Banstead Woods parkrun on Saturday morning.
Ward (17:31) finished ahead of Dulwich Runners debutant Tony Tuohy (17:49), unattached runner Roger Bryant (19:27) and Sutton Runners’ Martin Newton (19:30).
Kingfisher triathlete lisa Fisher was first woman (22:09) ahead of South London Harriers’ Christina Costiff (23:33) and Epsom Oddballs’ Ceara Joyce (23:39).
