Six Collingwood members braved atrocious conditions to join a field of 5,956 for Sunday’s Sussex Beacon Half marathon on Sunday.
Times: 326 Andy Stalley 1:31.34, 332 Richard Fox 1:31.15, 369 Bill Walsh 1:31.52, 437 Martin Lloyd 1:32.16, 2,825 Ruth Cottam 1:54.06, 5,184 Annette Helliwell 2:16.14, 5,259 Doug White 2:21.01.
There were also six Collingwood representatives among 105 runners for Saturday morning’s Banstead Woods’ 5km parkrun.
Times: 6 Shaun Cooney 20.00, 7 Stephen Cooney 20.12, 18 Andrew Stalley 21.34, 60 Kate Langley 26.09, 81 Gill Stalley 28.28 PB, 104 Kate Knight 37.18.
Richard Fox (30:18) was 36th out of 48 runners in Saturday morning’s Roundshaw Downs 5km parkrun.
