Former Wimbledon men’s singles champion Pat Cash has held a Sky Sports Living for Sport masterclass for seven youngsters from The Norwood School, writes Matt Holmes.
The 1987 champion and fellow Sky Sports commentator Barry Cowan took the youngsters through tennis basics on the O2 practice court before sharing their experiences in a question and answer session.
Cash said: “It is a really positive initiative which motivates and inspires thousands of young people through sport. I was helped by a variety of people throughout my career and fully appreciate how beneficial mentoring and sport can be for young people.”
