Graham Humphris led Collingwood AC home at the Self Transcendence 5k at Battersea Park last week.
Humphris finished in 70th in 21:26, with Thomas Wilkie (M55) coming home in 127th in 25:06. Meanwhile, three Collingwood teams put in great performances over two miles in the heat at the Nonsuch Park Relay.

At Saturday's Banstead Woods Time Trial (where congratulations were in order as Andy Stalley was made race Co-Director), Shaun Cooney and Steve Martin both achieved great personal bests, both improving more than 20 seconds:
18th Steve Cooney in 19:38, 21st Shaun Cooney in 20:01 (pb), 24th Andy Stalley (M40) in 20:07, 26th Richard Fox (M40) in 20:20, 58th Steve Martin (M55) in 22:45 (pb), 100th Dave Quickenden (M60) in 26:37, 137th Gill Stalley (L45) in 31:00 and 150th Kate Knight (L45) in 35:50.
