Wandsworth-based White Eagles have merged with Malory, one of Britain’s best known volleyball clubs.
They have come together to form Malory Eagles Volleyball Club, which will cater for beginners right through to National League One standard.
Malory have won 56 national league and cup titles in the past 23 years, while White Eagles have focussed on developing players, coaches and referees within the London League.
Jefferson Williams, head coach of Malory Eagles, said: “This merger gives us access to a stream of talented youngsters who we hope to develop further to keep us challenging for honours in the coming years.
“It also helps to stabilise the teams by tapping in to the structures of White Eagles which have been proven over the years of running multiple teams yet keeping a club ethos."
