Both Kingston & Polytechnic and St Mary's Richmond, who gained promotion last season, face long journeys for their opening McCain UK Young Athletes League Division One matches on Sunday.
Kingston and Polytechnic are in action at Bournemouth while St Mary's Richmond travel to Winchester.
Hercules Wimbledon and Sutton and District have a shorter journey to Crawley for their opening Southern Division Two A24 match.
Epsom and Ewell, who also gained promotion in 2008, open their Southern Division One East programme at Mayesbrook Park, Barking, while Herne Hill, relegated from the Southern Premier Division last season, are in action in a Southern Division One East match at St Albans.
