Sprint starlet Twinelle Hopeson of Croydon Harriers won two golds at the South of England Indoor Championships at Lea Valley last week, writes Mike Fleet.
She won the U17 60m (7.65 seconds) and the 200m (25.32) in personal best times.
U17 triple jumper Tunde Amusa was another winner, settting the fourth best UK all-time mark for his age of 14.57m.
U15 Beacon School sprinter Josh Atille won the 200m in 24.32, another personal best. He was also fourth in the short sprint (7.50).
There were silvers for Trinity Boys' U20 pole vaulter Ryszard Buk (4.70m) and U15 long jumper Elliott Safo (5.45m).
Erasmus Ntim Dwemo took U20 shot silver (13.82m).
Whitgiftian Ned Quiney finished fourth in the U17 pole vault (3.60m).
Two other Harriers took sixth place in two-lap finals - Odette Campbell (60.4 sec) and Oweka Wanogho (52.8).
