Youngsters from Teddington Swimming Club added to their medal collections as the Middlesex County Championships came to a close, writes Marc Curant.

Egor Grannon, aged nine, was the club's top performer, winning four gold medals and six silvers overall, and setting seven club records in the process. Egor ended the championships as the top nine year old and is due to collect a special award from the Middlesex County Amateur Swimming Association.

Sebastien Bremburg added further gold and bronze medals, while Genevieve Brown won a silver medal and set two club records. James Stanhope and Jessica Russell both took bronze medals.

Teddington medal winners in the last session were: Egor Grannon, 9, gold in 100m IM, silver in 200m butterfly, 200m breaststroke, 200m IM, 200m backstroke, 200m freeestyle and six club records; Sebastian Bremburg, 16, gold in 200m Freestyle, bronze in100m IM and one final; Genevieve Brown, 10, silver in 200m breastroke and three finals, setting two club records; James Stanhope, 12, bronze in 100m butterfly and two finals, setting one club record; Jessica Russell, 16, bronze in 200m backstroke, 100m backstroke and two club records.
