For the second season running, two Merton Hockey Club teams have won their respective Surrey leagues.
Merton women won Surrey Division Two, with the men's second XI taking their Division Two title, averaging a record-breaking five goals a game.
Both teams achieved their success at the first attempt after promotion last year.
Merton, founded in 1894, plays home games at Tooting & Mitcham FC's astroturf pitch.
