People from all walks of life – including the odd four-legged friend – were out in force for the Croydon Half Marathon on Sunday.
Dartford Harrier Sergiu Gaiduc lead the 300+ field home in a new personal best time of 73 minutes 12 seconds beating Epsom & Ewell’s Daniel Gaffney [74:08] into second place.
Herne Hill Harrier Abdi Madar [74:29] completed the top three, while Sophie Grant finished 26th overall to win the women’s race in a season’s best effort of 87:06.
