Two spectacular goals from Mo Takalobighashi saw battling Kingstonian crash out of the FA Cup on Sunday.

Ks pulled a last-minute goal back through James Rose's penalty, but it was too little too late against last season's Ryman Division One champions.

Takalobighashi revealed his potential in the first minute when a neat cross from Michael Yianni found the Rams striker deep in the box, but his first-time shot brought a fine instinctive save out of Luke Garrard.

Ks replied five minutes later when Martyn Lee set Richard Taylor free down the left, but his measured far post cross was punched clear from keeper Chris May under pressure.

Then Rams striker Shaun Walford in space got his shot all wrong but a minute later had another opportunity that he drove just over the bar.

Rams skipper Warren Schultz, who had an inspired game, then set Yianni down the right but his low cross was smothered by Garrard on the near post.

On 22 minutes a long through ball from Steve Symes saw Danny Morris sandwiched on the edge of the away box.

Mazin Ahmad drove the free-kick into the wall but returned the rebound finding James Rose on the far post but his header was frustratingly straight at May.

Two minutes later Ks went even closer. A high ball from Lee found Morris just inside the Rams box and his confident first time effort was just wide of the far post.

Back came the Rams, a James Gregory corner was half-cleared to Yianni and his thunderous rising drive struck the bar.

On 35 minutes the visitors went one better with a stunning goal. MO TAKALOBIGHASHI way out on the left but in possession looked up and curled a long high lob home into the far corner, which a stranded Garrard could never have anticipated.

Rose responded with a flick into the path of a speeding Morris but his progress was soon halted by two defenders. With a minute to the break Asher Hudson stepped up releasing Morris down the right and let loose a fierce drive that May saved with his legs.

Morris did the same with the follow-up but again May threw himself at the ball and conceded a corner.

In the first minute of the second half the K's went close. A cross from Lee out on the left flank found an unmarked Morris on the near post and his diving header was just inches wide.

Another Lee cross this time saw Rose head across the face of the Rams goal. Then a deflected drive from Rose just failed to connect with Ahmad unmarked on the far post.

Unfortunately Ks' excellent start to the second half was all to no avail when on 59 minutes the visitors grabbed a crucial second goal.

A long high ball from defence found TAKALOBIGHASHI on the right flank and on edge of the K's box. It seemed again an unpromising position but again the Rams striker turned and curled the ball into the far corner and again Garrard could do nothing about it.

After sub Stuart Vahid missed a sitter back came Ks. Hudson again battled through from defence but sub Shane Suter and May mopped up. Then a couple of chances from sub Dean Lodge, the first saw him cut in from the right but his effort was wide.

The second saw him charge down the left but his low cross was smothered by May. With eight minutes to go it looked like the visitors had put the game to bed. A Suter free-kick was headed into the Ks goalmouth by Schultz setting up Will Graham close in but again Garrard made a fine instinctive save on his line.

Lee replied with a cross from the left that glanced off Lodge's head in the Rams goalmouth. With two minutes to go a sweet lob from Schultz into the path of Walford saw him dart into the Ks box with lots of time but he unexpectingly drove wide.

In the final minute, Ks received some reward for their endeavours. Gregory bundled over a busy Rose in the Rams box and received a yellow card. Rose stepped up and drove the penalty low to May's left but the keeper blocked. The assistant ref spotted May off his line so ROSE re-took the spot-kick and this time made sure.
