Kingstonian boss Alan Dowson is confident new striker Allan Tait can deliver the goals he craves.
The 29-year-old switched from Folkestone Invicta on Wednesday, having helped Dartford to the Ryman Premier League title last season - scoring seven goals in 14 starts.
Dowson has made no secret of his desire to add more firepower to his squad, but also wants a link man to help ease the load on leading goalscorer Bobby Traynor.
And he believes he has found his man in the former Crawley Town, Canvey ISland and Eastbourne Borough man.
"Allan is a good experienced player who has spent most of his career up in the Conference," he said.
"He holds the ball up well and links up play, whilst he's shown over his career that he's got goals in him too."
