Two goals either side of half-time from Lawrence Yaku helped Hampton & Richmond on their way to a 3-1 win at Chelmsford City in their Blue Square South play-off semi-final clash tonight.
The Clarets pulled one back through David Rainsford before the midfielder saw red for dissent.
Hampton took advantage minutes later when Ian Hodges fired home from close range.
However, Hodges was sent off in stoppage time for a second yellow card having earlier been booked for his over-zealous goal celebration.
In the other semi-final, Eastleigh won 4-2 at Hayes & Yeading having led 4-0 at one stage.
