Hayden Bird insists Carshalton Athletic have nothing to lose when they face Tonbridge Angels in their Ryman Premier play-off clash on Tuesday night.
The Robins ended the season in fourth spot after winning 2-1 at Hendon on Saturday with goals from Richard Jolly and Charlie Ide.
And Bird reckons his side have hit form at the right time.
He said: "We have taken 13 points out of our last 15 and we are in a very confident mood.
"We will be treating it as just another game.
"There will be no shocks in how we are going to play, and I don't think Tonbridge can surprise us in any way.
"We are in great form, and our away record has been outstanding this season.
"Whatever happens it has been the best season for Carshalton in many a year.
"But it will be tremendous if we can go and get a result tomorrow night."
