The Beavers are getting into gear and are planning arrangements for the upcoming E.oN sponsored FA Cup First Round game against League Two side, Dagenham & Redbridge on Saturday, November 10 (3pm).

There is no doubt that the game is the biggest in their history, the chance to play a League side on their own pitch and only the second time that the club have made it this far in the competition.

The most important decision taken to date, relates to admission prices.

Hampton & Richmond have taken the deliberate decision not to increase the standard admission price for the game.

Hampton will charge £10 for adults and £5 for concessions, exactly the same charge as that levied for Blue Square League games.

The only difference is that the 300 seats will attract a transfer charge of £2 on a first come, first served basis.

Admission tickets will be available (£10 & £5) for advance sales although the game is NOT all-ticket.

Supporters can call in to the club to make personal purchases or phone 020-8979-2456 for credit card sales.

Dagenham & Redbridge have ordered 500 tickets for sale to their supporters and a gate of up to 2,000 is being planned for.

Hampton could have increased charges to be more in line with their League opponents but the Committee decided that loyalty to their own supporters was foremost and will only make a small additional charge if spectators want a seat.

Hampton are in constant communication with various authorities, Police, Fire, Ambulance, the Football Association and Richmond Council to resolve any issues that come out of planning for the big day.

Les Rance, on behalf of the club, said: " we are very conscious that this is a big game and we want to make sure that we do our level best to ensure a safe and enjoyable day for supporters of both sides and also we must not forget local residents who may have to put up with extra traffic and crowd noise, as regards what happens on the pitch, that is down to Dev and the boys."
