Carshalton Athletic reserves are second in the Suburban League Premier Division, one point behind leaders AFC Wimbledon, after a great start to the season.
They beat last season's champions Basingstoke Town 2-0 on Saturday. Luke Simpson bagged both goals for the Robins, who have won three and drawn two of their first five league games.
