Walton Casuals sent keeper Ferhat Aksoy packing with a back handed compliment last week.
The Turkish shotstopper quit the Stags after eight games between the sticks for the Ryman Division One South outfit.
A club statement wished Aksoy, man of the match against Leatherhead in February, all the best for his future.
But the Stags first pointed out the 21-year-old had let in 21 goals in 720 minutes of playing time – conceding a goal every 34 minutes on average.
