Whyteleafe’s FA Cup replay victory at Epsom & Ewell was as comprehensive as the original tie should have been, with 17-year-old Taylor Swift claiming a 15-minute hat-trick.

In the end, Leafe cruised into a preliminary round trip to Croydon on the back of a 6-1 demolition of the Salts at Chipstead.

Smith's first came on 12 minutes when he burried a Jason Thompson's effort that came back off the post.

His next goal was either a pinpoint wonder-goal catching Kieron Campbell off his line from wide on the right or a totally miscued cross.

Then, on 27 minutes, a rare foray forward from full back Tommy Smith resulted in a defence splitting pass across the Epsom box, where Taylor Smith pounced and struck another unstoppable shot into the home side’s net.

Leafe receded into deep positions for the remainder of the half and the visitors exchanged worried looks seconds after the half time break as they conceded an unexpected goal.

Jordan Taylor manhandled a striker to the ground inside the Whyteleafe box and the referee awarded a penalty, and Kyle Hough executed a fine penalty sending Ceesay the wrong way.

Having already let slip a 3-1 lead in this tie, Whyteleafe’s spectators were a little worried. But they only had to wait 13 minutes as Leafe settled back into a rhythm.

After some excellent passing around and inside the Epsom box, some clever footwork left Grant with just Campbell to beat for 4-1.

The visitors were now well back on top and controlling the game.

It was another 17-year-old, Ryan Fowler, who was next on the score sheet - collecting a fine ball from Gareth Williams and firing home on 73 minutes.

As young legs began to tire, the older, more experienced legs of Roscoe DSane and Mark Hynes game on to see out the last 15 minutes.

It was DSane who had the final word of the match with another absolute peach of a goal.

Receiving the ball on the left just inside the box, he twisted past his marker and his first time shot flew into the roof of the net.
