Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha could miss the next two months with a knee injury.

The winger picked up the problem in the Eagles’ 1-1 draw with Newcastle on Sunday.

Zaha injured his knee on the opening day of the season and was sidelined for several weeks.

And any more time spent in the treatment room is going to be a major blow to Palace’s survival hopes.

Eagles boss Roy Hodgson has already lost Jason Puncheon, Scott Dann and top scorer Bakary Sako for the rest of the season through serious injuries.

Jeffrey Schlupp, Julian Speroni, Martin Kelly and Chelsea loanee Ruben Loftus-Cheek are also unavailable for selection.

Palace are expected to know the full extent of Zaha’s latest injury before the trip to Everton this weekend.
