Terry Brown has reacted angrily to stories linking Sammy Moore with a move away from AFC Wimbledon.
It was reported earlier in the week that the 24-year-old's impressive performances in midfield this term have caught the eye of both Reading and Charlton Athletic.
But Brown insists he has spoken to both managers, Brian McDermott at Reading and Chris Powell at Charlton, and been assured there is nothing to the story.
"It is absolutely garbage," he said.
"After having spoken to both managers, who I happen to know well, they assure me there is no truth in the rumour.
"I do not know where that story came from."
