Harlequins number eight Nick Easter has been confirmed as England captain for Saturday's clash with Samoa at Twickenham.
The 32-year-old will lead his country for the first time in a full-international having already done the job against the Barbarians in May.
Quins team-mate Danny Care will again look to impress from a place on the bench.
