Harlequins skipper Chris Robshaw been cited for dangerous tackling, contrary to rugby union's Law 10(4)(e).
Robshaw is charged with a dangerous tackle on Northampton Saints' Lee Dickson during the Aviva Premiership match at the Twickenham Stoop on September 11 following a report by the independent citing commissioner Mike Rafter.
He has been summoned to appear before an RFU disciplinary panel of Jeff Blackett (chair), Peter Budge and Jeremy Summers at Twickenham Stadium next Tuesday (4pm).
