Sutton United are still urging other businesses to get involved with the club as they look to build on a promising first season under Paul Doswell’s management last season.

The club, who play at Gander Green Lane, finished fifth in the Ryman Premier League but lost 3-0 to Staines Town in their play-off semi-final.

Building trade hire company A-Plant will be main sponsor for the coming season, but the club is looking for businesses to back their push by joining the Super Sponsors Club.

Under the successful scheme, businesses stump up £1,000-plus VAT for a range of benefits plus a place in a draw to have their logo on the front of the away shirt, on the back of home shirt, the back of first-team tracksuits and the back of home shorts.

Other benefits include four season tickets to 2009-10 home league matches, boardroom hospitality and directors box seats for two people at a chosen home league match, 25 per cent discount on hiring rates for the club’s facilities, 10% discount on programme advertising and around the ground and profile on a dedicated sponsors page in the match day programme.

Regular business networking events for members will also be arranged.
