Crystal Palace U23 boss Richard Shaw has left his post the club has announced.
Shaw, 51, has been at the club in a coaching capacity since 2013.
Leading the side to a Professional Development League Two (South) title in 2018, results have been on the wane this season with just two wins in ten.
His departure ends a long-running relationship with Palace, for whom he made more than 200 appearances during his playing career between 1986 and 1995.
A coach within the academy, Shaw coached the U16s before moving on the U23 side.
A club statement said:
Richard Shaw is leaving Crystal Palace to pursue other opportunities.
Shaw, head coach of the Club’s Under 23 team said: "I've enjoyed my time at Palace but now it’s time to explore other exciting coaching opportunities."
The club would like to thank Richard for his contribution and wish him every success in his future career.

Shaw was missing from the dugout for the U23s 2-1 defeat against Charlton Athletic last week, with Shaun Derry taking charge.
The Under 23s fell to a 3-0 defeat at Cardiff U23’s yesterday and will face Coventry next Monday.
Thanks for your service and good luck in your next venture
