Player Ratings from Millwall's 4-0 humbling at Craven Cottage.

Bartosz Bialkowksi - 4

Made a good early stop from Mitrovic but had little else to do other than pick the ball out of the net for the first 45. Poor timing for the penalty and was well beaten for the fourth. Not his finest display.

Mahlon Romeo - 4

Pinned back by Knockhaert for the whole game. Couldn’t get forward as he’d like and will be disappointed with how easy Cavaleiro went past him for the opener.

Alex Pearce - 4

The skipper will be seeing white jerseys in his sleep. A cruel opening 45 for the whole Millwall backline but for Pearce he’ll know he won’t come up against such a potent attack as Scott Parker’s outfit.

Jake Cooper - 4

Poor day at the office for the centre back. Up against a quality attack, but if he’s aspirations of playing Premier League football, this was a wake-up call.

Murray Wallace - 5

At times it was uncomfortable to watch the left-back, first trying to match the speed of Cavaleiro and then trying to cope with the skill of Knockhaert. That said, such is the competitor in him he fought like the warrior he is.

Shaun Williams - 4

Found the going tough in the middle and lacked the pace to keep up with the constant movement of Cairney and Johansen. Hooked at the break. 4

Ryan Leonard - 5

An opening 45 minutes of chasing shadows caught up with the middle-man in the second half. Endeavoured to the end but he was outclassed by his opposition, as will many this season.

Ben Thompson - 6

Always willing to take the ball and get stuck in, but even the mighty Ben Thompson could do little to stem the white tide.

Connor Mahoney - 4

Will be disappointed with the opener which put an end to any real chance Millwall had. Didn’t get forward and doubled up defensively with Romeo to help stem the flow. He didn’t enjoy that run out.

Jiri Skalak - 3

First start since November 3rd 2018. Not the game he’d have liked to be welcomed back into. Chased gamely until picking up an injury early in the first half.

Tom Bradshaw - 6

Ran all game but with no service, the phrase - ,‘a thankless task’ doesn’t do it justice.

Subs:

Shane Ferguson - 5

Looked more defensively sound than the man he replaced, and still coneded three. (Fulham hadn’t got into their stride by then)

Matt Smith - 6

Came on at the break and caused problems. But after the third went in the midfield’s heads dropped and service was limited.

Jayson Molumby –
