Here’s how the Brentford players rated in their 1-1 draw with Norwich City.

Daniel Bentley

Had an early clearance charged down which didn’t settle the fans’ nerves. Made a vital stop on the hour from close range which kept his side ahead before a calamitous mistake which gave Norwich a point. 5

Henrik Dalsgaard

Playing as a wing-back, the Dane isn’t blessed with the pace or a delivery you’d necessarily want in a winger, but what you get is an honest shift and a defensively sound performance. 6

Julian Jeanvier

The central cog in the back three and commanded the line well. Never looks flustered and could be a key player for Thomas Frank the rest of the campaign. 7

Ezri Konsa

Composed himself after losing the ball needlessly early on. Looks far happier on the right side of the back three and his game will only benefit from the positional switch.6

Rico Henry

Has incredible energy running up and down the left flank all game. Looked calm and composed in possession and got forward at every opportunity. Made the left back, left wing spot his own. 7

Yoann Barbet

Stellar performance from the centre back. Not only looked comfortable in defence but was happy to bring the ball out and frequently got the side on the front foot with his exquisite choice of passing. 8

Kamohelo Mokotjo

It makes a huge difference having a ball winner in the centre of the park. Selflessly breaks up the play to allow Sawyers and Co around him showcase their talents. 7

Romain Sawyers

Solid performance from the classy midfielder and benefits hugely from the Mokotjo alongside him. Tended to take one touch too many but he's the driving force of the side from which all good attacks stem. 6

Said Benrahma

Brentford’s best attacking outlet. Provided some outrageous moments of skill and relieved pressure no end. Returning to his best. 7

Sergi Canos

Always wanted to go on the attack but his final pass often resulted in loss of possession. Willing runner with the ball but when playing on the right he doesn’t have the option of cutting inside to shoot. 7

Neal Maupay

Lead the line with the confidence you’d expect from the league’s top scorer. Held the ball up well and made a real battle up against two huge Norwich defenders. Never gave them a moments rest. 7

Ollie Watkins

Came on for Canos and took him some time to get up to speed. 5
