How the Dons dated against Heybridge Swifts.
Andy Little - Will be disappointed to be beaten at his near post for the goal - but gathered his composure and put in a solid performance. 6.
Michael Haswell - Was not able to bomb forward but was defensively sound. 6.
Paul Lorraine - Another determined performance. A reassuring influence in the Dons backline. Man of the match. 7.
Steve Butler - Deputising for the injured Antony Howard and didn't let anyone down. 7.
Simon Sweeney - A solid and assured performance by the full back. 6.
Wes Daly - Couldn't influence the game as much as he would have liked - but showed a good range of passing. 6.
Luke Garrard - Put through Dsane for the penalty and didn't stop running. 6.
Chris Gell - Protected his back four well and was unlucky not to score in the first half. 6.
Steve Wales - Largely ineffective. Not his greatest game in a Dons shirt. Subbed. 5.
Steve Ferguson - Starved of any decent service and couldn't impose his pace and power on the game. 5.
Roscoe Dsane - A glimmer of light in the Dons' poor attacking display. Scored his customary goal. 7.
Subs.
Robin Shroot (replaced Wales, 64) - His trickery caused problems for Heybridge but lacked a final product. 6.
Lee O'Leary (replaced Gell, 66) - Showed some nice touches on his return to the side after a three match suspension. 6.
Stephen Goddard (replaced Dsane, 68) - Short of form and confidence and didn't have a sniff. 6.
