If you have had a bad experience at Wimbledon Station, chances are you're not alone.
That is because the train station has been named one of the most unpopular in the country.
Only 71 per cent of passengers said they were "satisfied" with the terminal, according to Transport Focus data obtained by the Press Association.
This score was the sixth worst of the 56 stations listed, beating out only Barking, Clapham Junction, Oxford, Gatwick Airport and in last place, Glasgow Queen Street.
A spokesman for the Rail Delivery Group, which represents the rail industry, said: "As part of the partnership railway's long-term plan, and to deliver on our commitment to boost local communities, we're investing to improve 178 small and medium-sized stations right across the country."
Independent watchdog Transport Focus surveyed more than 28,000 passengers, with 56 stations where at least 100 people responded included in the ranking.
On the other end of the scope, the top four stations all underwent major refurbishments in recent years - London King's Cross (96 per cent), London St Pancras (95 per cent), Birmingham New Street (92 per cent) and Reading (92 per cent).
