An autism school in Sutton has unveiled a stunning new mural.
Carshalton and Wallington MP Tom Brake visited Eagle House School in Brighton Road last month to see the new artwork.
The 'Eagle Jungle Mural' is a brightly coloured day and night landscape showing wild animals that is in the wooded area of the school's gardens.
Designer Andrew Wall, along with artists Marcina Wall and Emily Luxford, worked with pupils from the specialised secondary school to design the mural.
Mr Brake told Sutton Guardian: “It was a real pleasure to see how involved Eagle House pupils were in designing the mural and also how much joy the final product had brought to them.
“This is a clear case of art bringing colour to people’s lives.”
Designer of the project, Mr Wall, said: “The pupils’ input really shaped the direction of the work and the choice of animals that feature came directly from them.”
